About The Dream Academy

The Dream Academy is Jane Teresa Anderson’s online school for dream interpretation, dream alchemy, and professional dream therapy: a place where the skills, methodology, and transformative practices she has spent 34 years developing are available to anyone, anywhere in the world, at their own pace and in their own time.

Jane Teresa established The Dream Academy in 2017, bringing her courses online so that students who had previously trained with her in person, or who had discovered her work through her books, podcast, or media appearances, could access the full depth of her teaching from wherever they were in the world. Since then, students from more than 35 countries have studied here, from Australia to Iceland, Brazil to Vietnam, the USA to Japan.

The four courses at The Dream Academy form a complete pathway. You begin by learning to interpret your own dreams: any dream, accurately and meaningfully, in the context of your own unique life. You then learn dream alchemy: how to use the material of your dreams to shift unconscious limiting beliefs, remove blocks, and create real, lasting transformation. And if you are called to bring this work to others, the two professional Dream Therapy courses train you to use a client’s dream as a powerful therapeutic avenue toward healing and change, under Jane Teresa’s personal one-to-one mentorship by Zoom.

This is not a place for generic dream symbol lookups or one-size-fits-all interpretations. Every course reflects Jane Teresa’s core conviction: that your dream belongs to you, and that its meaning is found in the context of your life, your beliefs, and your unique inner world.

The courses are video-led, so you learn directly from Jane Teresa, face to face, and supported by downloadable notes, manuals, and charts. All courses are self-paced with lifetime access, and certificates are awarded on successful completion. The professional Dream Therapy courses include personal one-to-one mentoring sessions with Jane Teresa by Zoom.

Jane Teresa’s long experience with the media (television and radio), combined with her earlier training in teaching and education, has gifted her the skills to design courses and communicate and teach in an effective and fun way through videos as well as through the written word.
